Aside from traditional art, digital art has been a quiet companion of mine for a very long time. I was part of the early wave of creators who self-taught on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator back in my university days. What started as drawing fan art and card games eventually led to freelance character design and illustration before I even graduated.

For a short while after university, I worked in the gaming industry doing design, followed by a year in graphic design. Eventually, my career path took a turn into the corporate marketing world, and art stopped being my full-time job.
But even when my daily life became all about marketing strategies and spreadsheets, I never truly put down my digital pen. Drawing in my free time became my ultimate escape—a way to heal my mind and recharge after a long, busy day.
In Neela’s Artroom, this digital canvas remains a space for me to play, explore, and keep that childhood passion alive.
